Owner
Jeff Haggart is the proud owner of Haggart Homes, bringing over 25 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Under his leadership, the company has completed more than $100 million in residential projects across the Portland Metro, Central Oregon, and SW Washington regions. Jeff’s work has earned numerous accolades, including awards and features in prestigious publications such as LUXE Magazine, Street of Dreams Magazine, and Dream Homes of the Pacific Northwest.
Jeff’s industry involvement extends beyond his company. He has served on the Home Builders Association (HBA) Board of Directors, the State Director Advisory Board, various HBA Executive Committees, and numerous Street of Dreams Builder Committees. Additionally, he has participated in the NAHB Builder 20 Groups. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, where he was also a member of the Oregon State Football team from 1995 to 1998.
Brian Bowser
Controller
Brian Bowser has been the Controller at Haggart Homes since 2005. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and is certified in Bookkeeping/Accounting. Additionally, Brian is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, a Notary Public in Oregon, and a licensed tax preparer in the state. Brian manages all aspects of accounting, project reporting, billing, invoicing, and human resources, ensuring smooth financial operations for the company.

As a seasoned craftsman, Gil excels in framing, woodworking, cabinetry, and painting, bringing extensive experience from working on high-end homes. His skilled craftsmanship and positive attitude are key assets on every job site, where he consistently demonstrates his dedication and expertise.
